With the financial support of the programme Leonardo da Vinci (action programme for implementing the European Community’s vocational training policy) ; e-facilitator is the outcome of a European pilot project.

It was originated from the acknowledgement that most SMEs do only use a small part of the potential offered by ICT because of the big amount of remaining appropriation brakes:

• Complicated or not suitable bids
• Internal skills often restricted
• ICT potential badly perceived and measured
• Vague goals, insufficient or unsuitable means
• Psychological or cultural brakes (fear of information sharing, fear of loosing power, fear of risk-taking, fear of change etc.)

Available in English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hungarian and Italian, this tool helps finding the most efficient ICT projects to carry out in a SME, identifying the appropriate pedagogical path to lead and succeed the project and suggesting the trainings to follow.
